All the staff are so welcoming and professional. Dr Adam is an amazing dentist and makes you feel at ease from the moment you arrive. Would definitely recommend this dentist!Also I have to mention Karine...what an amazing lady! She has given me back my smile and my confidence. The care she has shown me and her attention to detail have been above and beyond. Thank you so much!

Do not recommend this practice!!! They never let you know what your costs are before your treatment and always ask you to take it up with the insurer. Which in fact I did and my insurance company was kind enough to waive one month fees due to this practice unscrupulous charges. Please be aware that none of the children’s treatment are ever discounted or waived at this practice which is quite the norm at most other dentists. For instance I have paid a gap of $80 for a fissure sealant for my 9 year old which was completely free at banksia grove dental practice for my 13 year old… also Kerry the practice manager who responded to my written feedback had nothing to say except that my policy was not the right fit for me and that I was completely wrong on my facts that most dentist waived the gap payments when it came to children. Plus also it was un realistic for me to expect that I be informed about the gap payment before the treatment and be given an option if I choose to do proceed or not. Will never go back to this practice and this is after giving them about two years of grace and zillion opportunities to correct themselves after my multiple visits…

A special commendation to Dr Ryan Butler. Not only is he excelent with what he specialise in, his mannerism, professionlism and keeping his patient informed constantly instilled my confidence and ease of mind beyond expectation. I had minimal discomfort during the procedure and furtualy no pain to talk about once life came back in my mouth.

My personal experiences at this practice are nothing short of satisfying, the ladies at the reception are incredibly accommodating and prompt with their assistance, along with the dentist I see regularly dr hemesh shelat who always leaves my teeth in great condition along with tending to any issues I have had, informing me of all my options and helping me to treat with the best outcome. I will continue to return to this practice and would easily recommend to anyone

Dr Ryan Butler did a great job with a difficult crown that had become infected and needed redoing. He kept me informed all the way through the process and made sure I was comfortable at all times. I'm optimistic of a good outcome!

I really dislike the dentist however I has an absolutely awesome experience for me and my daughter yesterday at DB dental with Dentist Joshua Robertson and his assistant Rose. Both were friendly, professional and genuine. Would definitely recommend DB dental and Dr Robertson if you need any dental work.

As a new patient to DB Dental based on recommendations from many friends, i made an appointment for my check up and clean. Making an appointment was easy and the front desk staff so helpful. i explained i didn't like coming to the dentist and they put me at ease reassuring m my dentist would be mindful and sympathetic to my needs. He was exactly that very supportive with clear communication skills and i understood exactly what was about to happen, nothing was a problem. Highly recommend DB dental best in Joondalup by far and i know I've been to a few over the years!! Upon reflection smiles better!
