Was able to book an appointment at a day and time which suited, was impressed with the range of services on offer while booking, and proceeded to take full advantage of them. Was given helpful email and text reminders leading up to the appointment day. Clinic was immaculate and impeccably well presented. Therapist made me feel at ease, guided me to my treatment room, informed me of every step of the process, and was open to engage in candid conversation. I would say the clinic and the therapist did their due diligence in making me feel like a valued client. Will recommend, will revisit sometime in the future.

Everything I wanted and more. I had a signature peel facial after a long run of night shifts and the whole experience was remarkable from start to finish. Jess was so attentive, tailoring the facial to what I needed at the time, her skills and knowledge were so impressive. I left feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and so grateful. Could not recommend this place enough.

I had such a lovely experience getting an eyelash lift and tint today by Jess. She was very knowledgeable and caring the whole time. The hand massage was such a relaxing addition to the service.I will definitely be back and would recommend to others!

My experience at Oshan today was the best day spa experience I have ever had, Amelia provided a great genuine client experience. The treatments I had chosen were explained to me and I was asked my preference from the fragrance of the massage oil to the type of massage and it was truly personalised. It was truly a premium quality experience.

First time at Oshan and had a great experience with Delta for brow wax/tint. Trying a new place can be daunting but the staff put me right at ease and were attentive and kind. Happy to say I’ve found my new brow bar :)

The best facial I have ever had!! Thank you Jess for giving my skin so much life and goodness today! Left felt like I was glowing, the illuminating facial definitely lives up to its name! Jess was so lovely, her customer service was incredible, everything from the smile as soon as you walk in to the tea made for you at the relax area! I’ll definitely back for many more facials to come! Best experience I’ve had in Bunbury! Thank you Jess! Xx
